Rutgers is trash because they made a joke about a fricking nightmare of rape the victims went through just to to poke fun at the school it took place at.
If you're going to call out Penn State, do it trough absolute vitriol with due respect to the victims, not this half assed and passive clowning around BS that disrespects the victims.
