Yeah, i think class b & c teams can decline without a fine. There are only 33 girls class c teams and some barely have enough girls to have a team, so they decide not to travel 300 miles to get beat by 60. Last year i think there were 4 byes in the first round for the class c girls and 1 bye this year.

I actually guarded Tweety for the most part in a game, but he was their only player that was aggressive offensively. We basically used a box and one on him the whole game, and it worked pretty well. I believe that was in a summer league though, so who knows, they may have had a couple of guys missing.

lol, if Tweety was the only agressive player on the team, then I guarantee you both Kevin Branch and Ed McCain weren't playing.

its hard to be agressive on o when tweety is jacking up half court shots and still make 50 percent of them

Branch was playing, he just wasn't aggressive offensively. He had great numbers against the lower classification teams, but when they played teams that are more defensive minded, he didn't do nearly as much offensively.

He did really well the game before us against Zwolle, another run and gun team, but didn't score very much against us and Evangel I believe it was. This was summer league though. Most teams don't play 100%.

Branch is only agressive when he feels like it. So, since it was summer, I'm sure he didn't care. If it were regular season things would have been different.

No doubt. That was the one team we could never beat. Their bigs were too damn fast for our guys.

Last year I thought STA was the best team in the state. They were incredible to watch.

The fact RC beat them like they did when I think STA will win their 3rd straight title is impressive
