3 Pro Bowls is good for a QB drafted in the 4th round or later. 3 Pro Bowls is not the expectation for a number one pick.

I watched a lot of Herbert. You could tell why scouts loved him, but he was just not producing at the level his talent would suggest. They’ve obviously caught up at the NFL level. I like him a lot.
