What is the least amount of offensive points scored in a season? Cause I'm pretty sure the Browns are going to break it this year.

I like the Browns - really would like to see that team do well for the sake of that city. But I don't think they have the right man as the coach to get that job done. The coach that would do a good job to turn that franchise around is sitting in the booth, but he's re-upped with ESPN for more years in the booth.
