are you gonan argue that he isnt the best pitcher in baseball? injuries are your only argument. he has the best stuff in the league

so dont bitch about not getting the chance to get a good pitcher via trade. you got harden last year for a bag of dicks

Well him being an injury risk is a pretty good argument

I said it's not so often we get the chance, one guy doesn't constitute often

seeing as how harden missed like a month last year, 3 weeks of it wasnt even with the cubs, id say there is a shot he might be over the injury thing

From 790 in Atlanta the Braves have pretty much wrapped up Peavy he just has to waive his no trade clause.

I'm gonna be pissed if the Braves pull it off...not very often do the Cubs get a good shot at a pitcher of Peavy's caliber

Yeah.. they only had Kerry Wood and Mark Prior a few years ago.

I just hate for the Braves to lose Yunel Escobar. He's the second best hitter on the team and also my favorite current Brave.. However, my understanding now is that if the Braves do pull off the trade for Peavy.. they will heavily pursue Rafael Furcal.

Doesn't look like a deal is gonna happen soon like they thought, I think the braves go after the other FA pitchers first and foremost now.

You make it seem like the Braves won every one run game in 08.
