Even if they did that, i dont feel comfortable with all our top Recieving options having all the problems staying on the field and the Pats history at developing WRs they draft.

Hopefully theres a trade to be made noone knows about

I wouldnt exactly call clogging up your cap room to watch a player likely leave in UFA the next year a No Brainer.

He's going all in on WOODS!

I dunno, maybe we'll trade up and grab a guy.

Or we'll trade back and use the "throw everything at wall and see what sticks" method.

Im fully expecting to either trade down in the 1st or get a corner ive never heard of and wait til the 7th to pick a WR that never sees the field.

Hopefully ill get surprised

Need a list of disgruntled WRs like now.

It probably is a short term gain long term loss for the Steelers but they probably view their window as shrinking.

In their minds they need Sanders more this coming year than a random 3rd round pick over the next 4.

They wouldn't have matched if they didn't have any confidence they could resign him after this upcoming season, especially with how good they are at findng WRs in the draft.

I understand the logic. But theres another side of that coin that is just as logical if not more

I figured they had more confidence in their WR drafting skills (they should). But oh well, its done now. Sucks for the Pats, maybe theyll make a run at him next offseason after Reche Caldwell comes back from retirement to cost us the AFC championship against Peytons Broncos by dropping wide open passes

Good move I think Sanders is a valuable asset to the offense, especially after letting Wallace walk...

I'm just glad I didn't buy a Wallace jersey last year...

Now they need to draft Eddie Lacy.

Steelers would be better off using that 1st round pick somewhere else besides runningback. Of course im completely against ever using a 1st on RBs so i might be biased

No I completely agree. I just hope Eddie falls that low.

I'm sick of all these AFC teams snagging up the Bama players.
