re: Oregon vs Oregon St

There are 4 teams in the top 35. The pac ten has 5. I guess I didn't explain myself very well. Yes you do rush the ball but you also didn't face a team that runs the ball and has a good (decent) passing attack. The one you did face (purdue, ranked 20th) you lost too. I wonder what northwestern (13) and msu (11) could have done..........if you would have played them.

You also only have two 1000 yard rushers. The pac ten has 3 which are in the top 7 in the country. They also have two running backs within 110 yards to go to get 1000 and they have 2 games in which to do that. Jahvid Best would have a 1000 if not for missing time and his backup has almost 800.

Inexcusable that we didn't beat USC after holding them to 18 points, but in no way to I lay the blame on the defense, of which 7 of those points came from a turnover where USC was on the 5 yard line. But I digress.

And after OSU stuffs the run I hope to see some passing from Oregon. OSU doesn't lead the nation in interceptions for no reason

I have never said they would whip their arse! I know that the visiting team has been the winner the last three years so I wouldn't say that. Your drunk old man........I do think Oregon wins. I do think OSU is a good team.....I have said the winner of this game wins the rose bowl. It will be two different games though depending on who goes.

lol.........you really are drunk! I give these two teams more credit than anyone here. With a reason of course. I know the beavers have won the second most amount of road pac ten games under riley, I know they what kind of team they are once they fall flat on there face (happens every year!) and pull their heads out of their asses. I wish the Ducks could play the beavers in the beginning of the season every year because of that. The ducks imo will win. I have never said it would be a blowout. I know the history to well to say that. Could it be a blowout? yes it could very well indeed! Will it happen? we will see.....Ducks win regardless though.

eta........I think so low of osu thats why I always tell peeps on the rant that we should go get Danny Langsdorf (most likely wont leave unless its for a hc job, he is from Oregon like riley) or Mike Riley (he will never leave though). I know the beavers way to well to just say they aren't shite. I have already said they beat osu too if they go to the rose bowl. Yeah, I don't think much of this team!

This should be a good game. Last year the Beavs were missing Quizz and brother James got hurt in the middle of the game.They are playing better now on offense and defense.

This is why I love having Mike Riley as a coach, the Beavers were again picked to finish in the bottom half of the PAC 10 because the entire defensive back field and several new offensive line starters. He just finds ways to make the team better as the year goes on and now Oregon State can play for the Rose Bowl.
