2) Won the SECCG
3) Beat several ranked teams during the regular season (5 in 03, 5 in 07, compared to the whopping 2 for you in 11).
Just quit. Really. Your 2011 team's invite to the BCCG was something only a media darling would get. Everyone knows it.

On January 9, 2012, I was in the Dome in NOLA for the National Title, and, believe me, there was definitely one team that didn't deserve to be there

I don't know if you noticed, but we just simply proved the point that media perception went a long way in your case. If MSU had your history it goes from I don't know to yes? If MSU had the perceived best coach in the land, which should have nothing to do with your bowl placement (again media bias), rather it should be simply your resume from that season, then they go from I don't know to yes?

Under this stupid system we have LSU definitely deserved to be there. I think OSU had a slightly better resume than Alabama.
That being said I always felt Alabama had the best team last year. They showed that in the title game. The most one sided whipping in BCS history IMO.
This is why I'm so ready for a playoff.
(maybe Nebraska/Florida for biggest arse whipping)

it certainly wasn't the team that beat 8 ranked teams and 3 top 5's during the season.
Alabama's best game on their resume was almost beating LSU. I thought Bama was the best team in the country all year, but OSU accomplished more during the season.
You keep saying the BCS got it right, but it isn't the BCS' job to put in the top 2 teams. It is the BCS job to put in the 2 most deserving teams

Exactly, no one is denying the fact that you are national champs. I would argue that bama fans are even more insecure than lsu fans, simply because they won't admit they caught some breaks to get there. If I were in your shoes I would admit that we got preferential treatment and revel in it.

you can't look at both teams' body of work and not side with OSU
