The Saturday after Thanksgiving is when the big rivalry games are now played. It used to be that big games like Michigan and Ohio State and USC UCLA were played on the Saturday before Thanksgiving when CFB had a ten or 11 game season. So College hoops have been losing out to college football games played on Friday and Saturday.
I'm fine with NFL games on Wednesday, Thanksgiving, Friday and Sunday.
