Need help decoding a couple of symbols on Goldsheet

I understand most of it, but once in a while you see a # sign next to the opponent's name. What does that indicate.
The other thing I can't figure out is what the single quote mark means. Sometimes it appears after the spread or the O/U and sometimes it doesn't, and I don't see a pattern.

One of my offseason projects is to compile that information into a spreadsheet and combine it with some data from other sources, then see if I can detect any patterns.
Stuff like "The dog covers 70% of the time if the spread is 30+" or "Teams coming off an upset over a top-5 team have lost 10 of the last 11 ATS". Dunno if those are accurate or not but that's the kind of stuff I'm looking for.
