Condolences to anyone that may have known Keland 'The Power Ranger' Simmons.
MMA guy from Lafayette. Went to Southwest Louisiana Community College.

Seems traffic was backed up on I-12 and a semi, for whatever reason, was not able to stop and hit a car with Keland and his mother. Total of ten cars were involved in this pileup. Several fatalities.

Not sure. I just found the story today, so I thought it was different.
ETA - the news story isn't very clear, talking about updates and reports from Sunday, but then there's a tweet about it all from Saturday, so it may be the same one, and they're just now getting more details out.
