Might be a hot take: but that guy is clearly already a top WR in college. Obviously 95%+ of Freshman are not physically ready for the league but this guy is the exception. Should be an NFL committee with a rep for each team where a majority vote can allow certain freshman early access to declare.

NFL should open the draft to players after high school. Why the hell not at this point?
If they want to go chase money year to year with the no sit portal with zero care of truly representing whatever university is on their jersey, then let them go knock themselves out with the big boys in the NFL.
