He's so good I wish I could buy stock in him. You know anything he puts his name on after this will sell like ice in hell ( for all the atheist, like meth in the trailer park).

absolutely not

all of the list above me:

1. jordan
2. ali
3. michael johnson
4. tiger
5. barry bonds

plus I'd add Cael Sanderson (4 time D1 national champ, and olympic medalist)

Alexandre Karelin (went 13 years wrestling globally without losing, multi time olympic gold medalist)

I'd probably put Barry Sanders, Emmitt Smith, Joe Montana up there also

I think probably every member of the 92' US Men's Basketball Team was probably more "athletic" than Phelps...

He's dominating swimming like no one ever has, he's definitely one of the greatest Olympians and swimmers ever, I don't know that he beats out guys like Michael Jordan, LaDainian Tomlinson, Derek Jeter, Pete Sampras, etc., etc. though.

I think more than half (and that's probably being quite generous) of the NBA, NFL, and MLB are more "athletic"... but as a dominating athlete in his sport, he's up there with Tiger and Jordan for sure... IMO of course.

Ali would probably win if he got out of the 4th-5th round, but get caught up in the 1st or 2nd with tyson charging viciously at him, and connecting. . . the record books might have been a little different

Ali was too quick for Tyson. He'd gout out the way of the haymakers.
