Instant replays - do some networks show more than others?

Do you think that certain networks often miss opportunities to show instant replays of good or weird plays throughout the game?

I've been noticing that ESPN has been holding back a lot with their NBA coverage.

Nope! It used to happen but in 2007 the FCC ruled that all networks must show "an equal and even amount" of replays on all sporting events. If one network shows more than :30 more of replays per event the fine is $2500 per second for each second over 30.
