Not every 2 loss team can make the playoffs. If Vandy don't like it, too bad. Perhaps they shouldn't have lost to Bama and Texas.
That being said, hell of a season by Vandy. This season is already a massive victory for that program. One of the best seasons in program history. Diego Pavia will probably get a statue in Nashville.

Committee showed their hands by ranking ND too high before things played out. Now, we have a ND ahead of a team that beat them and ahead of Vandy who would beat them.

This. The rankings and committee are no different than Olympic figure skating judges upvoting their favorites. Just recognize it for what it really is.
