Wisconsin fans are like Animal House.
Midwest folks with some coasties mixed in. Generally good people that like to party.
Miami fans seem like ghetto bandwagon fans.
Not much substance in South Florida overall.
Worst fans I have encountered at a bowl game from my experience.

Not even close to true.
They're by far the smallest base of the big 3 here, but there are plenty down here in south Florida. It's just a tiny school and most of the alumni isn't local. Most of the fans I know are people who grew up here but went to smaller colleges elsewhere.
Games also played in pro stadium right off the turnpike. It's a stadium with a field around it, and a frickload of concrete around that. It's way more like a pro atmosphere than collegiate.

Was the Orange Bowl on Miami campus? Or at least close to it? Any chance in hell Miami ever gets their own stadium?

I always thought the most annoying fans are the ones who bitch about other teams having annoying fans but focus on the school they're really jealous of due to their success.
