How long has Deadspin been doing the Dan Snyder/Kitten Crushing Meme?

It's basically an exact copy of the Craig James/5 Hookers thing which started on Every Day Should Be Saturday (I think).

I saw it while reading an op-ed about sponsors on NBA jerseys in 2 years.
