Take off the Russell love shades - you're grasping for straws. Ryan is better and that is ok.
I dont think anyone is arguing that Ryan is better. The argument has been Russell has not been given a chance to succeed. Had Ryan been working with Oakland's talent, he would've been horrible, he has that interception gene when forced to throw under pressure, something Russell has been facing all year.

Perhaps,
But look how bad the Falcons were last year. I don't know of too many additions Atlanta got other than a new coach and a new QB. My argument is Atlanta is getting more out of Ryan than Oakland is getting out of JR. No knock on him, I just don't think he's as good as some make him out to be. Sure he could be better on a different team but that could be said about any player. I personally feel he wouldn't be much better at all. If he is ever traded/released then we'll all find out.

New GM, new LT, new RB, most important new attitude that came with getting rid of Petrino and MeAngelo. I hope the Raiders can get a new attitude, but everything starts at the top with that one, and I think Al Davis is some form of immortal ownership evil.

It's called a change in intensity. The Falcons were a really good team before the Vick situation. Then they had a horrible year, and this year they rebounded back with a fresh scene.
While the Raiders have been horrible for the last 6 years, no matter who is the QB. They have no talent.

No argument there.

After watching a good few Raiders games this year I disagree.

Sam Baker(OT), Turner, New OC(Terry Robiskie), Chevis, Zinger(Who they cut), and Lofton were their other main additions. Also additions by subtractions(DeAngelo Hall).
