Well LeBron just fixed a huge mistake by Norris Cole with a MONSTER block.

I don't think it's out of the realm of possibility for LeBron to win the MVP and DPOY.

LeBron is the 2nd best player in the history of basketball. I've said this for a few years now.

Why should I have to wait until his career is finished and he has put up the necessary stats to make that claim?

The fact is, there's only one other basketball player that is on the same level or higher than LeBron James. It's Jordan, then him. And it's not out of the realm of possibility that James could end up being the best.

Meh. I'd like to wait till the end of his career. But there is no doubt that he is on track to be top 3.

I just don't see the need to. He's in his prime years now. Why should what he does when he's 35 greatly affect his over legacy? Sure, longevity is important. However, he's never been injured and is one of the greatest athletes basketball has ever seen.

He won two MVPs in Cleveland arguably before he even entered his prime. He should win the thing every single year. It'll be just like Jordan. They'll give it to other players some years just for fun, but he'll go down as the most valuable and best player of his era by a landslide.

He's making a really strong case in this game for DPOY. Almost single-handedly keeping the Heat with a double digit lead by his defense alone.

I don't think people understand how good Lebron is defensively both in on ball and help defense. There aren't many players ever that can do what he does on defense not to mention score 27 pts a game

Lebron is definitely the best defender not named Dwight lol... but not sure he can take Dwight's crown

Apples and Oranges man. LBJ guards the outside mostly and Howard is strictly a paint protector. Actually now that I think about LBJ is a much more versatile defender, but still you really can't compare them on the defensive side because they do different things.
