This is classic boxer vs wrestler. Wrestler gets him to the ground game over

God Hardy is a tough SOB

I might be crazy, but did it seem like GSP layed off of that Kimura a little bit? I don't see how he couldn't finish it there if he had wanted to.
the thing that saved him was the other arms position. Gsp was pinning it to the mat with his shin. Hardy was fighting to get it free towards his own stomach.
So gsp kept it pinned to keep control. But to finish that kimura, he would have needed to scoop it completely between his legs. That would have given him proper leverage
Dan knew this, so he probably kept pressure moving toward his own stomach. Gsp feeling this, did not want to give him space for a possible scramble, so he just kept it pinned and tried to see if maybe he could force a tap without having FULL leverage
no doubt he could have tapped alot of guys despite this. But obviously Dan has shown he is willing to ride it till the last possible moment

GSP still wants to fight

That arm bar was absolutely disgusting. I don't see any way how you can take that.

GSP pretty much never gets tired. Pretty sure he took all 5 rounds 10-9.

I don't like its another 5 round decision in GSP fight

That was classy. Hardy went to raise GSP's arm and G pulled back saying (appeared to me) No, like, let it be said.

GSP fights are not the most exciting by any means. He just wins.

I wish GSP would have GnP'd a little more

I would love to see GSP take on A. Silvia and if his style works then.
Chances of this happening?

Hardy is tough dont know many people that wouldn't have tapped out.

I've heard (not in this thread as much) a lot of GSP hate, but the guy seems like a class act.

Just heard on the reply of the arm bar in the background "GODDAMN".

Yeah, not very exciting but effective. Until someone can stop his takedown, he is not going to change his style.
