Harbaugh cheating again?

Chargers radio broadcast in 1st qtr, said McConkey was dressed out but had no helmet and when they asked staff they said he wouldnt be playing. not mentioned on the injury report, seems like with Gambling and NFL rules they might have to discipline the Khaki Fraud.

all the team is "legally" required to do is submit an active roster 90 minutes before kickoff

I’m really interested to see what happens with Herbert.

It’s pretty clear he can be replaced with someone who is atleast hungry for the game
