If that was his only bet, then that is amazing! But you have to think for a 20 cent bet, he may have placed up to 50 different bets without any real problem on his wallet...

Not sure about Sweden, but in Finland you get to keep all winnings. Had a Finnish friend win 20k in Vegas and was able to wire it all back.
I use a Swedish betting site and I've made a lot of 10 cent bets that never win on 12 game parlays.
