I been thinking bout this. 6 black head coaches, 32 teams. 6 / 32 *100 = 18.75% black head coaches. Nations population is only 13% black LINK. Maybe it is time to cut back? Where all the white women at? Or Messicans? Or Asians? When they gonna get their fair shake and mandatory interviews?

If you're talking percentages I think you should be comparing with the ratio of NFL players, not the general population.
