No one is going to call traveling on that.

Watching old NBA's games is so illuminating. The game looked different because they actually called shuffles and extra steps as travelling.
Technically, in the old days, you had one and a half steps off the dribble (one on the gather and one extra). Then, the NBA changed that to a full two steps because people had a hard time comprehending this rule. Now that the rule is a solid two, players get away with three.

In fairness to the refs in the linked shot, I think everyone was dumb-founded at the actual shot to notice the feet shuffling.
