I think Paul Hornung qualifies if you consider those disputed national championships that were claimed back in the day. He won the Hisman, was the #1 pick and won a Super Bowl with the Packers

Jim Plunkett won the Heisman, two Super Bowls and was the number 1 pick but Stanford only finished in the top 10. Same with George Rogers.

Billy Cannon, Cam Newton and Joe Burrow won a NC, Heisman and were selected #1 and they played in the Super Bowl but lost.

Jameis Winston technically still has a shot.
