Poana greens. Are all the greens on the Monterrey Peninsula poana? It seems like that is a real bring down for the superior setting and layout of Pebble Beach.
Why don't they change the greens out? Lots of courses change their greens. CCLA went from Bent to Bermuda.

climate and salt spray are issues, I've played on poa several times on the west coast and it can be freakin awful. You normally fight like hell to keep poa out of your greens.

And I just saw some footage/interview on Dustin Johnson, and I'm not feeling so confident as I was earlier writing him off if Tiger makes a charge. Dude seems legit.
