Early start = Early DAT
The good ol' boys send the People's Ace to the mound to try to win the series and get to an astonishing 4 games above .500.
Meanwhile, the Jays are skipping Dylan Cease, opting instead to trot out Jameson Taillon, who they just acquired from a pawn shop in Chicago.
In his last 7 starts for the Cubs, Taillon averaged just over 4 IP per start, with an ERA of 8.90. I think we all know how this is going to go
Meanwhile, the Diesel has allowed just 2 runs in his last 12.2 IP and will need to be at his best just to keep the good guys in this one with the tough pitching matchup.
As this goes on, it is scoreboard watching season. The Astros would love to at least get to 2nd place overall in the AL and get to pass the wildcard round. With that, we need to watch.....the White Sox??
Yep...those White Sox, who lost like 150 games a couple years ago, but are now the current 2 seed. This thing is there for the taking over the next 7 weeks.
Daisy believes...so should you. Time to go get em Astros!
