Then, within 5 minutes fire him for trading Dylan Cease to the White Sox for a washed up left hander. This may be worse than Brock to Cardinals

Remember that time he gave us a World Series after 108 years?

Dylan Cease has had 1 good year and the White Sox haven't done shite

I do thank Theo for World Series. Dylan Cease at the time of trade was our number one power pitching prospect in organizations. That’s something that Cubs seem to have trouble drafting

I don’t follow the Cubs. I, too, wouldn’t love trading the #1 power pitching prospect in the farm, but remind me when that trade took place, where Crease was at the time, and what they got for him. This isn’t rhetorical—I honestly have no idea.

Dylan Cease came up thru our farm system. Actually Jim Hendry drafted him. For some reason the Cubs had trouble drafting pitchers save Kerry Wood, Zambrano and some others. I feel you keep your power pitchers I believe the trade to White Sox was 2016 or 2017. We also gave up our best power hitter in organization in this trade.
