We go over it every year, but that doesn't make it true. Clemson and South Carolina are not bound by state law to do anything with football scheduling.
Whenever you see a poster say that there is some state law that makes their football team do something, just assume it is incorrect.

Fair enough, both schools were, and have been asked by state legislature to continue to play instate FCS schools to prop up their ADs. You are correct in that it is not an official law.
