We all know that games often run into the start time for the next game which causes frustration for fans when they have to switch to another service to find the game.
instead of allowing 10 seconds at the free throw line, players were only allowed 5.
Eliminate the full timeout, only 3 thirty second timeouts
Reduce halftime to 12 minutes.
Any other ideas? Are these stupid?

As much shite as Bilas gets around here (and he should, damn Dookie), he’s got one thing dead on. Men’s college hoops needs to go to quarters just like all other levels of basketball. 5th team foul puts the opponent in the bonus. Resets every quarter.

Replays in what are supposed to free flowing games are a goddamn catastrophe.
