Watching the Braves and Nats right now and Charlie just pissed on one 431 ft into the left field seats. Have been wondering why Charlie isn’t the every day starter with Nick Markakis out?

He will probably platoon with Ender once Dansby is back from IL. Riley back to AAA the expected corresponding move.
But if you consider yourself a World Series contender, he should be a valuable bench depth and utility piece, not an everyday starter.
