It was pretty insane! I was sitting a few feet from the portal where the ref/streaker was taken out of Arizona Stadium in handcuffs. I have some video of it. Not a pretty sight.
It was such a strange play, the ref blows the play dead. But I couldn't figure out why. Then this dude is ripping off his ref uniform and running around in a bright red thong (I think it was... my brain was caught in a "don't look at it... I can't look away" cycle).
Streaker is tackled nicely by a sherrif (or other cop, but I think a sherrif). Treated rather roughly. But not too bad.
I have no idea how the brawl started but all benches cleared. Presumably, some player took advantage of the distraction and sucker-punched an opponent. Given the score, one could presume that a frustrated UCLA player did the first bad deed, but really, that's 100% speculation.
I'll try to get the video up eventually at: [link=(www.ThursdayToSaturday.com)]ThursdayToSaturday[/link] but I'm gonna hit the sack (long drive to El Paso tomorrow)
