Browns sign Kareem Hunt

LINK It says deal should be done today, but it is done. They re-signed him to a 4 mil deal to replace his old running buddy Chubb.

It will take him a couple weeks to get back into shape and start, but that $4M tells me the Browns plan on him being RB1 ASAP

Ford got 15 carries in week 1 backing up Chubb and 19 touches total for 131 yards. Don't be too sure that Hunt is going to be RB1 but it def will be RB by committee.

It’s always been RB by committee in Cleveland. Kareem Hunt used to be the most valuable backup RB in Fantasy.
But I don’t think they would pay Hunt $4M just to back up Ford. The only backup RB paid more than $4M is Jahmyr Gibbs (who is starting because of Montgomery injury)
The touches will likely be split 60-40

Found the guy who was able to grab Ford off of waivers
