That Browns/Ravens franchise went 3-13 before Belichick took over and had a worse record the year after Belichick wasnt retained. They didnt even have a true winning season until their SuperBowl year.

The 6 seasons before Belichick the Browns( Ravens) made 5 playoffs, 4 Division titles & played in 3 AFC championship games in 4 seasons. They bottomed out 1 season after the poor Bud Carson hire.
Won a SB within 2 years of hiring Billick . Then another with Harbaugh.
