So this is based because of what you saw for one week?
Be a douche if y'all would like, I'm actually a Saints fan, and yes, I've been to their compound before, as well as Tampa Bay's...
However, this makes me wonder, would the people who have been to all four of the organizations be the only people that are capable of answering this question?

Possibly. Depends what they mean by best franchise. Best ran franchise, best football team, best front office, team that makes the most money? Best franchise can mean a lot of things.

As much as I love my Bucs, not a snowball's chance in hell as long as the Glazers are running things.
The Glazers are infinitely better than the Culverhouses. During the Culverhouse era, the Bucs were one of the cheapest (and most profitable) teams in the NFL. The Bucs turnaround in the late 90s can be mostly attributed to the change of ownership. The problem with the Glazers these days is that they're more preoccupied with that other team across the Atlantic.

Yeah, I completely understand that. It's all based on an individual's interpretation of what "best" means.
I was more so wondering what the two or so posters who responded to my original post in this thread thought, being as though they jumped to conclusions on my experiences and thoughts on the issue.

Seems like common sense to me..

Not the saints, seeing how they are the most losing team in the history of football.
Not the falcons, since they have never won a superbowl.
Not the panthers, since they just plain out suck besides that 1 superbowl win.
My vote goes to Tampa. Trying to be as unbiased as possible.
