With that walk, I think BJ just overtook Simmons in OBP. So now our lowest OBP bat is getting the most PAs on the team.

I'd love to know what Fredi's rationale is in putting him in the leadoff spot just about every night. I know he doesn't know what OBP is, but BJ and Heyward are both faster and more capable of stealing bases, which is what I thought Fredi valued in a leadoff guy.

His response lately when asked is that someone has to hit there, and he doesn't have a normal leadoff guy to put there. So basically he is putting Simmons there for no reason at all..
