But there is also NOTHING he has done as an NFL quarterback to deserve all this attention.

Agreed. So bitch at those giving him attention. He can't force them to stop though!!

The "Thank Jesus" stuff might start coming after losses, or after he gets cut from team, so lets wait...

You keep saying this despite the FACT that he's actually done the "Thank Jesus" thing REGARDLESS of if he won or lost. And, I've pointed this out to you so, your failure to acknowledge it again demonstrates a great deal about you.

Christian Ponder started today? Where's all the PONDERMANIA! Oh, the Christians don't care about him, so all of the sudden he's not newsworthy at all but Tim Freaking Tebow gets half the show?

or maybe it has something to do with the fact that Tebow was one of the greatest college players ever and Ponder played for a bunch of mediocre arse teams who didn't do anything.

If that means freedom of thought and speech for both Tebow and everyone else then:

So the fact he hasn't done it 100% of the time for interviews is meaningful to you?

Man, it's a good thing the net is anonymous cause you're outing yourself as one seriously envious loser.

Also, again, since you're too ignorant to be aware, the "Thanking Jesus" is thanking him for giving one the ability to perform as they did, it isn't thanking him for taking sides. So, you're OP is retarded at about the 110% level unless you know this and are just using this crap as a jumping off point to attack someone who is so much better a human being than yourself.

You certainly are free to be a bigot. And you are putting that freedom on display today.

Simple point:

Just like after today's win:

We all know "Thank Jesus" would be his first comment IF he beat Bama in that game !!

(...just kinda presumptuous of Timmy to pretend that God would give a frick IF Timmy wins or not..)

And he'd be thanking Jesus for blessing him with the talent he has. Hence, rendering your OP retarded.

This would be presumptuous. Alas, that isn't what Timmy is thanking him for and you either know this or possess GREATLY limited intellect.

I actually suspect the truth is that you know it but don't like Tebow cause he is so much better a man than you are.

Me too. I loved it when he lost at tiger stadium. But then we had a reason to dislike him. Now he pleyas for a team I don't care about and he doesn't affect the niners so I find myself rooting for him. I don't think this thread turned out the way spinoza had hoped. There just aren't as many bigots around here as he thought.

I never disliked him. I rooted against him.

I've never understood why people feel like they have to dislike their opponents personally.

Trust me, that's more of a fan thing than it is an athlete thing.

To dislike him as a player...because he was good. I don't feel anything one way or the other personally. He seems like a nice guy, but ill never meet him. I will root for him to do well until he plays the niners.
