Yeah I don’t buy playing in empty gyms in front of family is harder. I don’t buy not being able to frick your side pieces being harder.


And once again, the comparison isn’t to 2020 Lakers vs other 2020 teams. It’s getting four months of rest, playing 8 warm up games-while the “bad teams” magically fall off your schedule, then crowing a champion essentially after an offseason.

It’s nowhere close to the same thing.

If it were better and harder, do you want the nba to adopt that model of determining a champion again?
