We're getting a fantastic match right now.
We needed it too - with some lackluster ones in the Quarters and Semi's.

Instant unforced error by Djokovic

Weird breaker. He played clutch to get up 4-1, melted down for three points, then locked it in again after that.

Novak wins 2nd in tiebreaker, that’s a wrap for me. Back to bed. Should be a straight’s victory.

The wolf is on the prowl.

Apparently no one is immune from pressure.
Novak played a lot of balls to the Shitsi forehand in the first 21 games. It cost him in a few spots imo but it seemed like part of a larger game plan to open him up a tiny bit so he could attack the backhand relentlessly on the biggest points.

He's too classy to do it but it would be amazing if Djokovic went scorched earth on the country of Australia and its Politics in his acceptance speech:
"I am one step closer to my final Australian Open, which will bring me joy as I will never have to step foot in this awful place again. Give me my trophy."

If I could create a human from scratch to be more annoying than this dude I wouldn't be able to come close.

Joker is being pretty chirpy tonight. Cryin like a baby.

It was Novak actually and the ESPN crew thought it was a mistake

The WOLF smells blood!
Being broken was a wakeup call. I think he's going to absolutely cruise now as Stefanos' spirit is damaged after his brief momentum.
