Placed 8th in fantasy. Surprised

If he would just say "I wrecked him out to win" I would be satisfied.

It wasn't the show, it was the last lap of the biggest race of the year. Dillion made such a bitch move I have lost all respect for him.

Well Nascar probably loves how it turned out. With #3 back in victory lane exactly 20 years after Dale Earnhardt, the biggest name in the sport. And the guy who got screwed being a nobody. Nasacar and and Nascar media probably loved it.

Absolutely.

And despite their nod to diversity, Childress is a member in good standing of the Good Ole Boys club.

They should've kept that number retired, it'll always hold a certain meaning in Nascar to me. But I agree tho, Im growing over it because Austin Dillon is obviously not Dale Earnhardt Senior.

Where have you gone, Ken Squier?

He overplayed that in the post-race interview. Was lame.

He got a good push from the 43 (real good) and was moving.

So he could've checked up when AA was coming up (not likely as the 43 would've probably took him out) or he could've went down and let AA have the top line (and possibly lose the line).

What would you have done?

I feel like as soon as Dillion got that big push it was all over and he was gonna win regardless. Only difference being whether he'd go through Almirola or around him.

It's almost like it was planned, way to convenient. And they are wondering why they are losing new fans.

Half the people watching had probably never seen a Dale Earnhardt race before. I'm 34 and can barely remember watching them.

Best (usually) option, but what if 43 stays high?

We all agree that AA came up to block, right? Fair statement?

Back in the day, he used to do way worse than what AD did tonight.

But you know, we make angels of our dead people.
