WTF is going on with Coinbase?

I started an account two days ago to buy some ETH but the site is all fricked up. At first I couldn't link my bank account. Now that I did, it's not showing up so I try adding it again and it tells me the account is already linked. So when I go to make the purchase, it tells me I don't have a linked bank account.

And binance is kicking me off but part of their “network” is down so I cannot even access XLM or ZIL. Hopefully I get mine before they officially kick me off (I think I have a week left)

I have to imagine they are being overloaded with new users and it’s straining their system. They have had problems in the past. Some people recommend Gemini.
