I'm a firm believer this will fast track your wealth.I did this in my early 20s. Roomies covered MORE than mortgage for 4-5 years and we split utilities 3 ways. My housing expenses were less than $100 a month and that allowed my savings rate to blow through the roof.

Congrats! I had two roommates helping me pay my mortgate for the past two years. It definitely helps tremendously! But mine just moved out last week.
