$27.05 current trade with a buyout from PSKY of $31 that Yahoo Finance is reporting could close as soon as mid to late July. That's something like a 15% almost guaranteed return in 6-7 weeks. Initial reports show that regulators are satisfied with the acquisition. I will jump on 1000 shares this morning as it looks like the risk-reward is low-good.

Good luck. The cali AG or Liz Warren will tie it up until at least November.
Only reason I’ve kept mine is because I wanted to wait for it to become LTCG. I doubt there’s a scenario where I don’t sell mine before the merger occurs.
