Vanguard just emailed me about some money i had sent them. Asked me to call them. Was done speaking with a rep in 5 minutes. No issues. Everything understood by both parties. Now sometimes you CAN be stuck on hold for an hour. Depends on your issue and time of day, etc. Customer service was great.
