Taking position in INTC

I have a hard time believing that INTC will be left out considering the needs of the future.
I almost pulled the trigger when it was $20 in Aug. It's not $37 with investments announced from NVIDA.
On this, I will do call spreads rather than just purchasing calls.

your too late, all the big money has been made. Going forward, expect below average returns.

I do not believe I am. INTC has not even had time to report on the money making a difference.
