Rolling the dice on SPRY. New Drug under FDA review. Take it for what it’s worth, pure speculation.

Doesn't seem like a great play TBH. It does not show clear advantage over the current standard of care. Yeah there are people who don't want to use needles, but the only thing that matters is whether neffy gets put on insurance/pbm formularies.

Hint, it won't. So consumers will have to seek it out and either pay for the drug out of pocket. Or it will be a tier 2 drug that will require much higher out of pocket costs.

Seems like a replay of MannKinds Afrezza inhalable insulin, which on paper has a much better use case. They were never able to get on the proper formularies and sales never really went anywhere.

Long story short, sell the hype. Post FDA approval will be long road with minimal sales
