Looks like your brokerage is having you sign off on risker investments. Here is more official statement from fidelity:

I got something similiar when my brokerage finally allowed me to start buying certain bitcoin stocks.

I use vanguard. They just prohibit me from trading anything they deem too risky.

can'y buy bito or svol.

switched to schwab. now have 3 accounts with them and 1 with E trade.

You also can’t buy any derivative that shorted or leveraged.

Not gonna lie. As soon as Elon had his lover’s quarrel with Trump, I tried to buy the 2x Tesla short ETF…Vanguard saved me from financial annihilation from that impulsive decision.
