just make sure that you state you are the only one living in the house. because it goes off household income they dont care if you married just who will be living in the home.

update: as off this morning they were still on the 11th. the RD office is like syrup in this state. i have a loan i sent to RD in SC and i took 3 days!

Would you mind updating in the morning? Received an email this morning that said they are still working on the 11th. I know they're not working Wednesday due to the holiday so that's going to push me back more.
