RTACU is an interesting play ... DWAC's Truth Social SPAC team is back

Renatus Tactical Acquisition I (RTACU)
-We’ve seen a mini bull run in SPACs this spring, with names like CEP running to ~$55 and BULL reaching ~$85. Currently, RTACU is trading around $12.50.
-It was initially scheduled to split its units in July, but that timeline was accelerated — the unit split will now occur on Monday, June 9.
Why I’m Bullish on RTACU
-Under the radar play in a market distracted by tariffs and macro uncertainty.
-Limited access: Robinhood and many other brokers — including international ones — don’t allow users to purchase SPAC units. Once units split, access opens up for a wider investor base.
-Same leadership as DWAC, which ran to $160 in 2021 following its merger announcement with Trump Media/Truth Social.
-Defined downside: Common shares are backed by ~$10 NAV. Assuming warrants trade at $0.60–$1.00 post-split, your effective downside is reduced to around 10–15%.
-Asymmetric setup: Known floor, open upside — classic lopsided SPAC trade.
-Crypto angle: Actively seeking a target in the crypto/blockchain space — a sector that has shown strong momentum recently.
Deal Overview
Name: Renatus Tactical Acquisition I (SPAC)
IPO Raise: $210 million
Units Offered: 21 million units at $10 each
Increased from 17.5 million originally
Unit Structure:
1 share of common stock

Data security
Dual-use technologies (commercial/military)
Target Geography: U.S.-based businesses
