Just got a call from the President of my bank and my app was approved yesterday and I should be receiving the paperwork today and my funds in my account no later than next Thursday.....I'm fricking stoked!! Best news I've received in 4 weeks.

You've done a lot of good. The last time I talked with Robert he apparently had quite a few out-of-state PPP applications - presumably as a result of your posts.

I just heard this afternoon from my bank that I have an Etran number and that I'll be funded within a week. I don't want to name my bank because the snail's pace at which they moved and the incredibly poor communication through this process tells me they simply weren't prepared and were unable to adapt - despite taking a very public role, prior to April 3rd, in hyping the PPP loans.

I made a point of reaching out to Robert a few minutes ago to thank him for offering to work with me. If he had a branch in my AO I'd move every bit of my business (personal and company) to his bank.

I also made sure to pass along Robert's contact info to my brother. He's just now getting around to submitting an application to one of the regional banks. At least he has a fallback option if his bank can't respond.

So you've provided a big service to an unknown number of people. I for one appreciate the way you reached out to me via email. I hope you and your clan stay safe and healthy through this COVID crisis.

Thank you. I saw an opportunity to help people in the same situation as me. I know how important the PPP loan is to the survival of small businesses. The community on the Money Board is made up of a lot of good people and I'd like to see the small business owners here thrive. After this is all over we should connect because there may be ways we can help each other in our businesses.

I think I've referred about 40 people to Robert. He actually texted me today and asked me to turn the spigot off for a while. He's a really good guy and even though he's out of state I'm going to move some of my banking business in his direction.
